Foreclosed homes are often left in poor condition by the previous owners. Safety is always major concern, not all properties meet a standard of habitability.

If I buy a Home Warranty why would I need a Home Inspection?

It's always a good idea to buy a Home Warranty for protection down the line. But, home warranties are not the same as a home inspection. A fair number of home warranties do not cover pre-existing conditions. Many home warranty companies have exclusion clauses written into the policies that will only allow for minimal payouts or caps on what they will cover. A Great West Home Inspection will look at the various components of the property. Our report will give you a clear view of the property and may reveal unforeseen problems before you sign on the dotted line.
